(up to a maximum of 5 Months)

The Forge is available at the following prices*

Four week rentals 

Low season ( 1 October – 15 December,   15 Jan -30 March)
£1300 for 4 weeks

Mid season ( 1 April – 30 June, 1 September- 1 October, 16 December – 14 January)
£1500 for 4 weeks.

High Season (1 June – 31 August)
£1700 for 4 weeks

WEEKLY BOOKINGS

Low season
£550 a week

Mid Season
£600 per week**

High season
£650 a week**

The Coach House is available at the following prices: 

Four week rentals

Low season ( 1 October – 15 December,   15 Jan -30 March)
£1200 for 4 weeks

Mid season ( 1 April – 30 June, 1 September- 1 October, 16 December – 14 January)
£1400 for 4 weeks.

High Season (1 June – 31 August)
£1500 for 4 weeks

**Short bookings for Burghley Horse Trials week (early September) incur a £50 surcharge

Cancellation Policy
A deposit is taken to secure the reservation.  The deposit is fully refundable until 3 months before the start date for the booking.  Cancellation  less than 3 months before the start date will forfeit the deposit.  However if we take another booking for the entire period of your reservation, the deposit will be refunded to you.
